I would make reservations through the BW website. They can guide you from there. They are also very responsive.

They give e you 25 percent off of breakfast at the cafe connected to the Motel. Big cinnamon buns.

Probably seven to eight city blocks to downtown it's a nice flat walk if weather is good. There is City trolley running think it costs$1or $2 you can get a taxi fairly cheap $4 for $5 to go downtown if you dont want to make all the stops on trolly.
